- Liaise with the class teacher, and provide 1:1 support to children with additional needs and support a small group of children with their learning
- Increase progress and attainment and be a positive role model for children
- A positive outlook and determination to work in education with a passion to further your skills
- Hard working and flexible to meet the needs of the children
