Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)?Join our dedicated team as a SEN Teaching Assistant and support students in achieving their full potential in a nurturing and inclusive environment.Key Responsibilities: * Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both in one-to-one and small group settings. * Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons that cater to diverse learning needs. * Create a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Support students’ social, emotional, and academic development. * Help implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and monitor progress. * Manage challenging behaviors effectively and empathetically, using appropriate strategies. * Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure students receive the best possible support.About You:We’re looking for someone who is: * Patient, empathetic, and committed to supporting children with diverse needs. * A strong communicator with the ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents. * Proactive, resourceful, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. * Passionate about inclusive education and promoting resilience in young learners.Essential Requirements: * Experience working with children with SEN (UK school based experienced). * A good understanding of strategies for supporting students with additional needs, such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, or speech and language difficulties. * Strong literacy, numeracy, and ICT skills. * DBS on the update serviceDesirable: * Relevant qualifications in SEN or teaching assisting
