**About Us**:

Our mission is to provide an exceptional experience for our guests that reflects these values, and we are seeking **Hotel Assistants** to join our team over the summer months working across all areas of our operation whether that be supporting breakfast, restaurant and bar service; preparing guest bedrooms; or working alongside our guest experience team helping with arrival and departure - you will work on a rota basis across departments, wherever is needed to deliver the 5-star service our guests expect.

The roles are available from **June through to September** (perfect for students, but there is the potential to extend this if you are available for work after the summer) and you must be able to commit to full time work during this period. As you will be working across the hotel, shifts will vary day to day and be a mixture of morning, daytime and evening shifts.

Your **Key Responsibilities** in the role:
1. Exceptional Service:

- Provide an outstanding experience by delivering excellent, fast, and attentive service to our guests.
- Demonstrate high levels of attention to detail in whatever role you are supporting in
- Handle guest enquiries, special requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Demonstrate knowledge of our menus (including ingredients, allergens) and all hotel services and offerings, to assist guests in making informed choices during their stay with us.

2. Team Collaboration:

- Work together as part of the team to foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Work closely with kitchen, food and beverage, front of house and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless coordination of service.

3. Creativity and Ambition:

- Further the ambition of our brand by contributing to a team and a culture that ensures we reach our goals of exceptional service and achieve external recognition by our guests and industry peers.

4. Respect and Ethics:

- Treat all guests, colleagues, and suppliers with respect and courtesy, embodying our values of being respectful and ethical.

**Are you right for us?**

We are looking for people who:

- Have some experience of working in a food and beverage outlet (Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, Events etc.)
- Have an outgoing and confident personality
- Are a team player
- Have a flexible and willing attitude
- Are a quick learner - with the ability to learn new skills quickly

Experience of working in a 5* Hotel or a high-end restaurant is a plus, but not essential, as their will be training provided at the start of your role.
