**Job description**:
**About our Soft Facilities Management (Soft FM) Team**:
DIO Commercial’s Soft FM team is part of an integrated contract management team that combines Commercial, Operational, Military and Finance experts. The team shares enthusiasm and commitment to delivering the best Soft FM services possible to Defence.
We work with market leading suppliers delivering Soft FM services to thousands of soldiers, sailors, and RAF personnel at locations throughout the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland.
DIO Commercial manages the largest Soft FM contracts in the UK with the emphasis very much on a team approach internally and working collaboratively with our suppliers.
Agility and value are at the heart of what we do. The Soft FM team ensures Defence personnel are supported so the MOD can respond to whatever challenges are presented; from pandemic to training Ukrainian personnel to national events such as HM King Charles III Coronation, Soft FM is working behind the scenes in support.
**As a Commercial Practitioner for the Soft Facilities Management Team**:
This role is a key member of the contract management team that ensures delivery of a wide range of Soft FM services to Defence Personnel. You will oversee Soft FM in respect of your region working closely with Commercial colleagues, the Soft FM Contractor and operational contract managers. These large and complex contracts require your knowledge and expertise to understand and manage risk, assess and implement service changes, advise DIO’s military customer and provide the flexibility that Defence operations require.
