**Part-time Facility Officer**

**Salary**:£25,000 pro rata

**Overall purpose of job**

SWFCCP is the independent charitable arm of SWFC and is looking to recruit a Part-Time Facilities Officer for the Community Football Centre HUB at Jubilee Sports and Social Club.

The post holder will be responsible for overseeing the weekend operational running of the site, maintenance and the health and safety of the pitches and buildings. The work will be varied and the ability to work independently is essential, you must have a genuine interest and enthusiasm for Community sport, working as part of a team and have a ‘can do’ attitude. This position requires flexibility as the role requires evening and weekend work.

**General description: task related**
- Ensure facility checks are completed each evening.
- Update risk assessments and ensure these are adhered to for the facilities.
- Opening and closing the facilities as necessary.
- Dealing with community stakeholders such as, partner clubs, associated leagues and general queries to manage booking and facility enquiries.
- Work alongside internal departments within SWFCCP/SWFC to manage booking and facility needs.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness/housekeeping across the site.
- Update and maintain the facilities calendars for pitches, rooms and gym.
- Maintain a working relationship with the staff at the Jubilee Club.
- Ensure all facility users adhere to SWFCCP Health & Safety / Safeguarding processes.
- Deliver high levels of customer service at all times.
- Maintain stock levels across all sites - Undertake any additional duties as requested by your line manager, the management team and other key staffs within SWFC.

Health & Safety in the workplace - D

**Skills & Experience**

1. A proven ability to manage staff and teams effectively. E

2. Knowledge of health and safety legislation in a leisure facility. E

3. English and Maths GCSE Grade A-C or equivalent. D

4. Experience of managing customer-facing services. D

5. Experience of using computerised booking systems. D

6. Minimum of 1 years leisure facility management experience. D
