We are seeking a dynamic Facilities Officer to oversee the operations of a number of buildings and services across the estate. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth functioning of our facilities, providing a safe, efficient, and professional environment for our users.

As an FO you will be working as part of a busy team, ensuring buildings are compliance with statutory legislation. This will include supervising a range of facilities and services. Overseeing and delivering a cost effective, customer-focussed management service.

You must have a sound knowledge and experience of the relevant legislation and the ability to read and interpret the law and guidance to ensure the service carries out all its statutory functions to the highest standard.

The person we are looking for will require or have ability to have:
- Good communication and problem-solving attributes along with being enthusiastic, confident, well organised.
- Knowledge of facility related Health and Safety and understanding of statutory related duties in relation to building management.
- Skill in the use if IT systems to undertake key task in building activities.
- Put people at the heart of what we do to ensure we effectively listen to and support our staff and the people that use our sites, help wellbeing along with challenging discrimination.
- To be open and honest approach to your work by fostering an environment that supports people in speaking up and bringing diverse ideas to what we offer, along with seeking out feedback on the way we work.
