**This is the job**:
As a Customer Advisor in our Accident Management Department, you will be speaking with AA Business to Business Customers who have been involved in a road traffic collision. Your first priority is to ensure that we offer great customer service at a time when they may be stressed or upset. The role involves taking first notification of accidents/insurance related incidents, and managing the repair process until the car is delivered back to the customer post repair.

Professional communication is key as you will be in contact with various supplier at all levels on both verbal and written basis including insurers/repairers/brokers/recovery agents/senior managers.

**What will I be doing?**:
Accident Management is specifically designed to:

- Proactively reduce vehicle off-road time and associated costs
- Minimise vehicle downtime/business disruption
- Reduce hassle and time by allowing the customer to concentrate on more productive activities
- Protect vehicle residual values through quality-assured, guaranteed repairs
- Improve efficiency with all administration, documentation and accounting.

**What do I need?**:
Professional communication is key as you will be in contact with various supplier at all levels on both verbal and written basis including insurers/repairers/brokers/recovery agents/senior managers.

This is a great role in an environment which is supportive and friendly. You will therefore combine your commitment to fantastic customer service with the willingness to support your colleagues, plus solid verbal and written communication skills. We’ll help you flourish with full training and support every step of the way, so whilst experience in a contact centre would be an asset, it isn’t essential. What is crucial is your teamwork, initiative and can-do attitude.
