**Shift Pattern**: Monday - Friday between 08:30AM to 05:30PM

**Employment Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: £20,500 - £21,500 per annum plus OTE (£3,360 pa)

**Job Role**:
Adecco are currently recruiting for a leading provider of accident services in the motor insurance sector in the UK with immediate start dates for permanent opportunities.

**Main Responsibilities**:

- To manage an individual caseload of motor vehicle claims.
- Contact insurance companies to negotiate and reach agreement for the settlement of each case, negotiating as far as possible the maximum amount of cash collection.
- Contact customers and suppliers to resolve queries and challenges that might be raised by the insurance companies.
- Build effective and robust relationships with third party insurance providers and legal agents to help support the recovery of costs.
- Input and record accurate information on the company ICT system
- Meet individual recovery targets and contribute to team targets.
