JMC are working with a leading Manufacturing business based in Harlow. Due to growth they are looking to recruit an Administration Assistant to join their expanding team.

This is a Permanent Position based in Harlow, Essex. This role is for 37 hours per week, Monday-Friday.

Salary and Benefits:

The Administration Assistant will be mainly responsible for performing a range of administration tasks to support the accounts administrator.

Responsibilities of the Administrator will include:

- Raise purchase orders, create reports, raise invoices, and generate shipping documents.
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Liaising with clients, providers, and suppliers
- Covering the reception area, including welcoming customers & guests
- Previous experience within an office environment
- Good organisational skills
- Computer literate, proficient in MS office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
