We have an exciting opportunity for a Modern Apprentice Customer Service Administrator to provide essential support within our busy transport office. We are a same day courier based in Newton Mearns.

This is a busy department and we are looking for someone who is committed and dedicated to working hard and wants to work in an office environment. You will be trained on the job and gain experience to help you further develop your learning whilst working towards an Business and Administration SCQF level 6.

The job role will be varied and require a lot of digital admin support through our various IT softwares and systems as well as using Microsoft programmes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Liaise with our driver network to prioritise consignments and update our software database
- Provide logistics support and after sales service to our customers and update our CRM database
- Maintain office on-line filing and information systems
- Other ad-hoc admin where required
- Input data on in-house IT systems including CRM database

**What will I learn?**

You will learn about our business, products, services and our customers. You will learn how to use our databases and IT equipment, customer service skills, how to work in a team and all aspects of Business and Administration.

**What qualifications or qualities are required?**
- National 5 English required for this role
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong focus on customer service
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good organizational skills / ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Strong team player
- Excellent PC literacy skills
