ERM are looking for a dedicated, proactive and professional administrator to be based in our Glasgow office with occasional flexibility to work from home. You will have a positive attitude, and take pride and ownership of administration of the Glasgow office.

Job Responsibilities

Supporting local office in terms of:
- Receiving and routing incoming calls via switchboard- Dealing with post (internal and external) and courier bookings for both Domestic and International shipments- Meeting and greeting of visitors- Maintaining desk booking system for office, ensuring all staff have an allocated desk when in the office- Ordering and monitoring stock levels of stationery, PPE and sundry supply- Providing local office meeting support - catering, meeting room bookings and equipment requirements- Organising office social events alongside Office Lead- Act as liaison between internal Support Teams (IT, Facilities, Building Security) to ensure that all office equipment is in full working order.- Producing, collating and proof reading of project related documentation and correspondence using MS Office and Adobe Acrobat- Organising and booking of travel arrangements - car hire, train, flights, hotels- Assistance and guidance on the completion of cash and company credit card expense claims- Creating relationships with key stakeholders to maximise workload.

Job Skills- Good knowledge of MS Office Suite programs (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat- Good written and numeracy skills- Good communication skills both written and verbal- Demonstrates a personable and flexible attitude- Demonstrates good time management and ability to prioritise and multi-task- Demonstrates a positive, “can-do” attitude- Gains confidence and trust of others- Learns and develops from experience and other people, adapts appropriately to new situations- Possesses enthusiasm, self-motivation and drive for results- Promotes collaboration- Achieves good execution and follow through- Previous experience in a professional consultancy environment - desired but not essential
