- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory management
- Train new employees on store policies, procedures, and product knowledge
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Assist with scheduling and managing employee work hours

- Previous experience in a retail management role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team
- Excellent sales management abilities with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are preferred
- Proficient in time management and prioritization
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising

**Salary**: £13.11-£15.50 per hour
