We are now continuing in our next phase of growth and are currently looking for the role of **Production Planning Administrator** at our Brighouse site.

**Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Ensure that production figures are accurately recorded.
- To ensure all criteria are met before a scheduled job is planned into production.
- Updating plans as and when required
- Providing support where needed in the production and development of management information reports
- Assisting with daily production requests
- Completion of internal KPI reports
- To provide administrative support to the Operations and Production departments.
- Ad-hoc duties as necessary

**Skills & Experience**:

- High level of organisational skills, ability to work to tight deadlines, targets and complete project work to a consistently high standard
- Excellent IT skills including MS Office knowledge and experience, with a solid understanding of excel.
- Excellent communication and written skills.
- Excellent data input and data management skills
- Accuracy in all tasks
