**About Us**

We are a well-established and respected Yorkshire business who are looking to recruit a fulltime / permanent Customer Service Administrator to join our fast-growing business. You will be working with a friendly, fun, hardworking team, in an open plan office in the centre of Brighouse, West Yorkshire.

**About the role**

You will be the first point of contact for our existing customers, liaising with other departments within the business, acquiring banks and third parties to resolve customer queries to their satisfaction.

You will assist customers by understanding their needs and providing accurate information about our products and services.

The role includes the completion of administration tasks to assist the sales team and working to a common goal of finding solutions for our customers, whilst offering the very best customer service.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Outbound calls to assist customers with outstanding issues
- Administrative tasks as required by the sales team.
- Accurate maintenance of records / spreadsheets and CRM
- Liaising with other departments within the business and externally with acquiring banks

**Essential skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Organised
- Good eye for detail
- Ability to work well on their own and in a team.
- Confident communicator with a passion for customer satisfaction

**Salary & Benefits**
