The role primarily involves providing sales conversion, customer service and administration support for Manage at Home - Medequip’s online retail business. Manage at Home specialises in mobility and disability aids that are designed to promote independence at home.

**Job Description** - **Customer Service Advisor - Full-Time (MAH-Brighouse)**

**General Responsibilities: -**
- Help meet challenging monthly sales targets by converting sales and providing customers with relevant information in a timely manner
- Liaise with suppliers to acquire stock and delivery information
- Respond to Live Chat web enquiries
- Prepare quotations and invoices
- Arrange installations, rentals and special delivery requests
- Process product returns and list clearance items on website
- Process VAT relief requests
- Help with picking, packing and despatch of customer orders when required
- Undertake administrative tasks as required by line manager
- Ensure that all written communication represents a professional image to customers, clients and staff.
- Comply with any reasonable instruction from your line manager within the agreed deadline.
- Comply with all Medequip Company policies/procedures and site rules and regulations.

**Skills Required: -**
- Good communicator, quick learner and excellent relationship builder
- Tactful, considerate, flexible and works well as part of a team in a busy office environment
- Diligent, systematic approach to the role
- Enthusiastic and confident with a common sense approach
- Aptitude and experience in business systems use
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ideally - clean driving licence and own vehicle
