**Job description: Sales Administrator**

A Sales Administrator assists with the smooth running of the Sales Function by providing support to senior team members and Managers. They take on the daily tasks involved to enable more senior team members to focus on income generation and strategic planning. They act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors and answer phone calls and direct queries to the appropriate staff members to deal with them. Administrators devise and implement organisational systems to ensure that all data is managed effectively and accessible when required.

**Daily Duties**
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Data entry, retrieval and database management
- Filing and archiving
- Creating and managing documents such as quotations, sales order acknowledgements, spreadsheets and presentations
- Compiling reports
- Creating part codes
- Corresponding with customers, suppliers and overseas factories to answer queries and resolve issues.
- General Admin Duties such as answering the phone and the front door.

**Skills Required**:

- Time management skills and the ability to prioritise their workload effectively.
- Customer service skills
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to come up with creative solutions to issues.
- Able to work with a team, take direction from others and collaborate effectively.
- Reliable
- **Experience with Syspro Data Management system a plus**

**Job Type**: Permanent Full-time

**Salary**: £20,900.00 per year (negotiable depending on experience)

**Experience**:
Sales administration: 2 years (minimum)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00 per year
