**Overview**
The Orient Capital team are recruiting for a **Client Relations Executive (RM) **who will work within the **Client Relations Management (CRM) team **, reporting directly to the Client Relations Deputy/Head and with primary responsibility for a wide portfolio of clients.
The **RM **will provide proactive, ongoing client support for a wide range of services which are delivered through Orient Capital’s delivery platform, miraqle.
The client users range from Senior Executives and Investor Relations professionals to Company Secretariat professionals.
The role is based on a hybrid basis from our central London office. Occasional European travel may be required from time to time, depending on client requirements.

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Supporting the CRM team in the day-to-day management of clients
- Gaining a thorough understanding of the company’s services, especially the miraqle platform
- Responding to client queries in a prompt and efficient manner and communicating any client issues when necessary to ensure that the appropriate course of action is taken
- Establishing, building and maintaining relationships across the client base

After a period of internal training, the Client Relations Executive will be able to:

- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of miraqle
- Provide frontline miraqle support to a wide range of publicly listed companies and Investor Relations professionals.
- Interact with colleagues across research, analysis, sales and client relations teams
- Conduct training sessions for clients/users on all modules of miraqle, both face-to-face and over the telephone

**What we’re looking for**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Great attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and manage your workload under pressure
- Confidence, with a professional telephone manner
- Fluency in French would be advantageous, but not essential
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft knowledge and experience, especially in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Strong team player with the ability to support the team whilst managing your day-to-day work
- An enthusiastic, passionate go-getter, with an eagerness to learn and grow into the role of Client Relations Executive within a supportive team
- An inquisitive mind with the ability to question how we do things and an interest Financial Markets
