**About the role**

As the Client Relations Executive, you’ll be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clinics and referrers. You will be point of contact for our referrers and will provide them with the support needed to resolve any problems that may arise, working collaboratively with the wider team to problem solve and find sustainable solutions.

Reporting to the Head of Revenue and Commercial, you will lead the execution of our commercial strategy, through engaging with Oryon’s customer with the focus on building longstanding relationships. A key aspect of your role will be to further develop existing relationships of those clients who have been designated a part of Oryon’s commercial target demographics. This will include building upon existing relationships to increase their volume and value of interactions with Oryon.

You will be a highly motivated and engaging member of our Team, someone who is highly driven and most importantly, someone who enjoys engaging with both our internal and external stakeholders. Your passion will be infectious, and you will find it easy to build rapport, whilst maintaining a laser focus on what our commercial goals are.

Creative thinking is essential when looking at ways to engage with referrers, through organising and hosting customer events, as well as other seasonal activities to help drive engagement with our Oryon brand.

**Responsibilities**
- Key Client Relations_
- Key contact for our referrers/commercial partners assisting with any enquiries or queries, maintaining regular and proactive engagement;
- Tracking and providing consistent and informative reporting on key commercial performance metrics;
- Identifying key trends, changes in engagement and looking at solutions to increase current performance;
- Collating regular referrer feedback for our clinical governance and sharing ideas on improvements;
- Researching and leading on initiatives to increase engagement with Oryon;
- Building an excellent understanding our services and products to then effectively communicate our unique selling points to existing referrers to increase engagement
- Engaging with existing referrers that may use the Oryon services infrequently, helping to increase their level of engagement, through understanding their needs and how our service can benefit both them and their patients;
- Keeping up to date with competitors, understanding the reasons for missed opportunities and working on solutions;
- Working as part of and leading growth projects_
- From the areas within the business identified as having opportunities for further growth, work as part of a project team or lead on projects to build engagement across our services (MRI, X-Ray, Ultrasound & DEXA);
- Contributing to the research, planning and implementation stages of the project
- Referrer and third party commercial agreements_
- Following up on enquiries relating to commercial agreements;
- Understanding what the needs are and if the commercial opportunity is of interest to the Oryon brand both financially and in line with our core values;
- Oversee the administration process including setting up of any account agreements;
- Overseeing Connect Partner sign-ups, managing the agreements and registration process.

**Key skills**
- Experience building rapport and business relationships;
- Negotiation and sales skills are essential;
- Problem solving;
- Salesforce experience is an advantage;
- Previous experience in Business development or key Client Relations and B2B sales;
- Having a genuine interest in healthcare is desirable.
