Here at XPO, we take our people seriously. We’re looking for a talented Payroll Administrator to join us on a permanent basis, based at our site in Burton Latimer.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £23,000 per annum. In addition, we offer 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays), as well as the option to buy additional days. You’ll have access to a variety of high street discounts, as well as a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other perks.

**What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Processing of weekly payroll on T&A and creation and submission of SSL
- Processing of the Agency hours on the Neuven system
- Weekly and monthly correction report checking
- ** Maintaining the hour input sheet**:

- Creating new weekly/monthly sheets
- Adding new starters, removing leavers
- Daily clearing of exceptions in T&A
- Weekly payroll data reporting
- Processing monthly payroll on T&A and SSLs
- **Maintaining the T&A system**:

- Adding new starters, removing leavers
- Maintaining shift patterns and assigning clock cards
- ** Maintaining the trackers for sites**:

- Adding new starters, removing leavers
- Checking allowances
- Ensuring all sickness and absences are recorded
- Calculating holiday entitlements for leavers to be paid/recouped
- ** Maintaining the SICK trackers for sites**:

- Adding new starters, removing leavers
- Checking allowances and mentoring entitlements manually for TUPE employees
- Ordering and recording of uniform and stationary
- Creation of purchase orders in Coupa and SAP
- Dealing with any pay queries
- Supporting the HR Advisor if required, ie note taking

- Knowledge of payroll administration
- Excellent communication skills - able to build relationships quickly and engage key stakeholders
