**About the role**:
As a Children and Young People (CYP) Multi Crime Caseworker you will play a vital role in providing high quality, end-to-end support to children and young people who have experienced crime across North Wales. You will act as the single point of contact for young victims throughout their recovery process, delivering support and interventions either on a one-to-one basis or group setting.

Based in the Victim Help Centre, in St Asaph, North Wales and working in liaison with North Wales Police and other relevant agencies. The post holder will identify and manage the victims immediate service needs and contribute towards risk assessment processes and following agreed safe contact processes and recording all contact securely.

The nature of service required will vary depending on individual circumstances and specified outcomes will be achieved through building trust and confidence with victims who will be vulnerable and have complex needs.
