My client is a well established yet still rapidly expanding business within the Automotive industry, due to continued growth they now have a position for a dynamic Accounting Professional to join a small team.

Reporting into the General Manager, you will work from the offices in Buckingham and duties will include:

- Agreeing financial policy with the management team
- Supervising the Accounts Assistant
- Provide control of revenue, payments, and expenditure.
- Setting up payment runs for authorisation
- Running monthly reports & reports upon request
- Answering financial queries from Staff, Customers and Suppliers
- Politely and professionally chasing payments from customers
- Answering queries from colleagues regarding the status of customers
- Where needed, liaising with the Company Accountant
- Support audits and stock takes.
- Problem solve areas of poor accounts procedure and provide a sustainable solution
- Actively participate in meetings, providing information on the financial situation and suggestions to improve performance.
- Actively engage in own development and training
