**Skills and Experience required**:
Experience in a sales or finance administration role or similar
Excellent MS Excel skills; sound understanding of spreadsheets applicable to budget and payment schedules.
Experience in a commercial organisation
Attention to detail.
Able to identify and interpret ‘value’ within a sales and marketing context.
Efficient at keeping records up to date and maintenance of a CRM database.
Comfortable in the use of web-based platforms with a methodical, efficient with a thorough approach to research.
A team worker able to engage well with other remote/home based workers.
Analysis and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work unsupervised, using initiative to identify tasks to complete.
**Responsibilities**
Proactively manage and action all Request for Proposals (RFP) submissions, Proposal Amendments or Change Orders.
QC review of proposals and cost estimates for accuracy and completeness in line with reviewer comments.
Implement and maintain all activity (including task allocation) within the CRM tool.
Develop and maintain quality metrics on the CRM tool related to pipeline and RFP (won/ lost) for routine and ad hoc reports.
Generate accurate intelligence on Pharma Clinical Trials market in the US and Europe to transfer to Business Development Executives.
Participate in weekly sales team meetings.
Provide cover for Head of Commercial Operations as required.
Any other reasonable tasks as requested by Management.
