**BID MANAGER**

**The Opportunity**

Our world renowned five-star brand deals with million pound plus contracts providing contract cleaning and soft services to large corporates and managing agents within the FM arena. The Bids Manager leads the bid writing process, controlling timelines, stakeholderdeadlines and is an integral part of the Sales and Marketing team. You will be responsible for writing compelling and creative content, developing visuals and improving overall tender delivery.

**The Role of the Bids Manager**
- Supporttheteambymanagementofprocurementportals,analysisoftenders
- Produce written responses for PQQs, RFI’s and tenders as required including references, case studies and associateddocuments
- Support Head of Sales & Marketing to comply with deadlines, strategic sales process and the company’s sales governancerequirements
- Assist and support with kick off, mid bid & final/sign offmeetings.
- Ensureownershipofallbids/tender'squestionsensuringallquestionsareansweredandT&Cs areconsidered
- Collating materials provided by various departments and ensuring a uniform tone across the overall document
- Ensure proofreading of tenders, proposals, and submission documentation and to meet the submissiondeadlines
- Technical writing of the solution strategy in conjunction with Head of Sales & Marketing
- To appraise tender/proposal submissions, to add and edit information as necessary in order to structure an effective, uniformresponse/presentation
- Ensureeachtender/proposalispreciselyproduced,basedontheinstructionfromthesales lead
- Complete the bid to the highest possible standard, ensure key messages are delivered and our capability isshowcased.
- Receive and deal with enquiries from the company’s Sales & Marketing function, colleagues and clients concerning tenders/proposals, both current andhistorically
- Undertake regular review of submitted bids and use feedback to improve on responses wherenecessary.
- To create, maintain and evolve the bid library
- Manage the live bid tracker and sales records

**The Person**
- Strong bid writing experience within the contract cleaning or FM sector
- Process driven individual with strong leadership skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong team player
