**Job Description for the Part-time Commercial Administrator (polish speaking)**:
The role will involve direct contact with our expansive supplier partner base and may involve customer interaction. As the business continues to grow, we would expect the role to develop and expand, ultimately with excellent career progression opportunities. You will be part of the Commercial Purchasing Team.
**Duties will be flexible and likely to include for the Part-time Commercial Administrator role**:
- Support the category buying and sales team in projects & daily administration tasks ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with the Supply, Operations and Sales teams to ensure projects and tasks are communicated effectively.
- Communicating with external suppliers on all relevant queries.
- Maintaining product, price and promotions databases & processes.
- Investigate and resolve all buying / pricing related queries, escalating to relevant stakeholders if necessary.
- Project support for NPD and range changes.
- Analysis of sales trends and liaison with operations team for forecasting and stock management.
- Market / gap analyses across numerous categories.
- Should have an appetite for continuous improvement.
- Have a genuine interest and passion for food.
- Should be able to demonstrate evidence of personal initiative, creativity, tenacity, self-motivated and intelligence.
- 1-2 years of experience working in a similar administrative environment.
- Quality focussed with an eye for detail.
- Strong time-management, planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and positive approach.
- Confidence and customers skills to communicate with all the internal and external clients.
- A team player with the ability to work on own initiative.
- Computer literate (Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
- Fluent in Polish language.
**Salary includes**:
- 4 weeks holiday plus bank holidays.
