Join us at The Hub, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing cutting-edge HR strategies. As a key collaborator with the HR Business Partner and Group HR Director, you will be at the forefront of fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture.
**Key summary of Activities & Responsibilities**:
- Contribute to the development and execution of our group-wide HR strategy, influencing recruitment practices, disciplinary procedures, training, and more.
- Work closely with various departments and companies within our group, empowering line managers to embrace and implement progressive policies and procedures.
- Take charge of the recruitment process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to conducting interviews, ensuring the right talent aligns with our dynamic culture.
- Provide expert guidance on complex employment relations issues, guiding both managers and employees through the intricacies of HR processes.
- Support managers in optimizing performance across all levels, from identification of training needs to the development of strategic succession plans.
- Play a key role in driving cultural change alongside our leadership team, contributing to a workplace that thrives on innovation and collaboration.
- Ensure that any issues and trends that the role uncovers are fed into HR line management
**Key Attributes**:
- Experienced in developing and maintaining employee development and appraisal programs, making crucial decisions around resourcing and reporting structures.
- A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle diverse workforces and navigate complex situations with confidence.
- Equipped to tackle both operational and strategic challenges with a pragmatic and commercially sound approach.
- Capable of thinking strategically while understanding operational details, bringing a powerful combination of vision and execution.
- Adept at adapting to change in a fast-paced environment, showcasing a strong sense of personal responsibility.
**Education & Experience**:
- Hold a CIPD or equivalent qualification, backed by substantial experience as an HR Advisor.
- Possess a strong working knowledge of employment law and current legislation, with expertise in areas such as redundancy and TUPE.
- Strong sense of personal responsibility.
