**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Commercial Support Executive. The Commercial Support Executive will play a crucial role in providing administrative and operational support to some of our partners and internal departments, ensuring smooth and efficient operations and processes.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, order processing, and resolving/ recording any issues or concerns they may have.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

**Sales Support**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare quotes, proposals, and sales presentations for potential clients.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information in the CRM system.

**Administrative Support**:

- Provide general administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, managing correspondence and coordinating project timelines.
- Assist in the preparation and organisation of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels of products.

**Market Research**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Monitor competitor activities and product offerings to help inform strategic decision-making by the commercial team.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred but not essential.

Proven experience in a customer service or sales support role.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with keen attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

**Reporting Structure**:
The Commercial Support Executive will report directly to the Product Development Manager in the Commercial Team and will work closely with the Sales Team and other relevant departments.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £29,000.00 per year
