Business Support / Client Services Coordinator

WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight Energy Services are looking to recruit a Coordinator to join our Team in Dundonald. This will be a dual role working in conjunction with both the Commercial and Client Service Teams. You will actively support and work alongside other functions in the group such as Marketing and Business Development. The role will be critical in supporting AHK's evolving service levels and continued growth whilst implementing new initiatives.

This is an expanding department with the objective of capturing and improving our customers' experience, before, during and after the sale.

Inside this project, you would be a point of contact for customers regarding the services that AHK provides.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Required Competencies

  • Independence. The ability to take the initiative, lead on projects and be proactive in prioritising a dynamic and diverse workload.
  • Interpersonal. Confidence in forming effective working relationships with a diverse range of people, including working inclusively and as part of a team.
  • Communication. Effective oral and written communication of ideas and fluent in English.
  • Adaptability. The ability to multitask and respond effectively to change.
  • Analytical. The ability to draw accurate and informative conclusions from detailed research without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • Operational skills. These are key in order to solve problems and assist in fluid situations.

Required Work Experience

  • Previous work experience within a commercial and/or team environment (desired but not essential).

Required Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent professional certification and experience.

Travel / Rotation Requirements

  • Travel as required both domestically and internationally.
  • Must have a valid passport and ability to obtain visas as necessary.
  • Must be available to work overtime & weekends where necessary.
