Working as part of our dynamic call centre team for Curv360, which is a part of the Project better Energy Group, you will be the first point of contact for our customers on their green energy journey. Making positive connections and building rapport, you will introduce our customers to the products and services we offer.
**What you’ll do**:

- Have great conversations with our customers, finding out their needs and booking them in for an appointments with our team, throughout the UK.
- Build rapport, whilst letting your personality shine.
- Be responsible for treating each of our warm leads with care and attention.

**Hours**:
Week: 37.5hrs

Days: Mon-Fri

**Salary**:
Depending on experience salary is based between £22k - £24k per annum.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
