**About the Role**:
**Resource Solutions** are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our onsite recruitment team, working with one of our financial services clients based in the City of London. The individual will work as part of the wider HR function and have responsibility for the end-to-end recruitment process.

**Key responsibilities include**:
Assist with the recruitment process and work closely with the Recruitment Team in making sure all procedures are followed and co-ordination of recruitment is fully always covered and under control. Responsibilities will include the following:

- Managing the recruitment process for external and internal permanent and temporary hires;
- Managing hiring manager relationships and expectations for all aspects of recruitment;

**Who you are**:

- Experience in permanent and temporary end-to-end hiring;
- Experience in managing multiple open roles and hiring managers at the same time;
- Demonstrable direct recruitment experience;
- Proven stakeholder engagement experience;
- Understanding and experience in working to SLAs
