**Senior Programme Executive - Sustainability**

**Role Overview**:
Supporting the development and implementation of Steam Business Development (SBD) strategic agenda across Steam Thermal Solutions, with specific focus to underpin aspects of our Customer First2 sustainability strategic goals and One Planet implementation.

**Your objectives and responsibilities will focus on**
- Supporting and developing our key Sustainability Strategy offerings.
- Supporting Operating Companies (OpCos) in achieving their strategic targets.
- Grow sales of solutions with quantified sustainability benefits (energy, CO2, water, and financial savings).
- Evolve our Customer Sustainability Journey (CSJ) offering and support the development of tools, collateral, and training to embed this further.
- Amplify and promote our marketing and communications around sustainability**.**:

- Supporting with the investigation and potential detailed reporting of new sustainability solutions and technology.
- Embed and expand our Customer Relationship Management (CRM), as a means of capturing customer sustainability data on a site-by-site basis.

**Your previous experience is likely to include.**
- Experience working within Steam or other related thermal solutions.
- Working with global stakeholders
- Working within a matrix organisation
- Influencing senior stakeholders
- Project management
- Sustainability knowledge would be preferrable

**To be successful in this role you will**
- Be passionate about sustainability.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills and be confident in use of IT.
- Hold a relevant qualification or be qualified by experience.
- Possess project management skills and a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Be self-motivated and delivery focussed.
- Be flexible with global travel.

The Steam Thermal Solutions business is one of three businesses within Spirax Group.
