**The Role**
- Engaging with prospective technology providers to introduce GDS’s capability in supporting businesses in their sales pipeline and business goals.
- Being the initial contact in our sales process using prospecting activity to drive pipeline.
- Selling proposed solutions and articulating their value, based upon customer’s strategy and business direction.
- Clearly differentiating GDS Group from competitors using customer success stories and industry best practices.
- Articulating our value proposition clearly to ensure the business impact of the solution is understood by our prospect/client.
- Developing a deep knowledge of GDS Groups products and services to effectively communicate the value proposition and benefits.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships with key decision makers.
- Maintaining sales pipeline in CRM (Salesforce)

**About You**
- At least 2 years+ experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Experience connecting with new businesses, based on trends in customer spends, budget and business drivers.
- An intelligent, authentic, ethical and articulate sales approach
- Curious and tenacious: an ability to deconstruct and interpret the relative business sectors
- Impeccable communication and presentation skills.
- Ambitious and career driven with a strong desire to be successful
