Project Administrator

**Reporting to**: Head of Procurement
The Project Administrator role is a highly important part of the business whereby you’ll be liaising with multiple departments and external vendors to gain the outcome of the project being worked on. The primary responsibility of the role is to oversee projects administered by your line manager and see these through to completion. The projects l be mainly procurement based, but will heavily benefit and feed into all other departments.
**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Managing and overseeing projects through to completion
- Liaising with the relevant colleagues and vendors to obtain the information needed to ensure projects run smoothly.
- Ensure all project deadlines are adhered to, and if they need to be extended then clear and prior communication is discussed with your line manager.
- Complete any other ad-hoc tasks given to you by your line manager, supporting your colleagues where possible.
- Keep Asana is regularly updated with new tasks and project progress.
- Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to at all times

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ensure a positive ‘can do’ attitude at all times
- Adaptable to change and have an agile mindset
- Comfortable working either alone or in a team, and with other departments within the organisation to ensure supply on time in full.

- Skills in Excel from basic functions to using pivot tables.
- Ability to solve problems and remain calm under pressure
