Entel operates its own design and manufacturing divisions, with distribution centres throughout the world.

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Sales Administrator to work as part of our busy Sales Operations team with the goal of further expanding the distribution of Entel’s own brand of technologically advanced radio communication products. Due to the nature of the work this role is office-based and not suitable for home-working.

To work as part of the busy Sales Operations team covering various tasks to include; preparation of dispatch documentation, processing orders and quotes and dealing with enquiries.

**Key duties and responsibilities**
- Working within a small team, take ownership of a variety of administration tasks and duties
- Process customer orders and quotations
- Verify orders, including customer requirements and payment details
- Expedite orders and dispatches using DHL and Fedex portal
- Verify orders, including customer requirements and payment details
- Liaise with other departments on issues arising
- Use Excel pivot tables and formula’s to extract data and output reports
- Update and maintain knowledge of our product base sufficiently to answer customer queries.
- Fully understand all stages of the sales operations process.
- Any other administration related responsibilities that may arise in line with business requirements.

**Key requirements**
- Educated to GCSE Level, Maths & English A - C.
- Minimum of 3 years’ previous experience in an office-based sales administration role, or similar.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook and tech savvy
- Advanced level Excel
- Excellent interpersonal skills and customer service skills
- Good communication skills, with strong English (both verbal and written) are essential.
- Strong numeracy skills and excellent eye for detail.
- Confident in being part of a team where accuracy, attention to detail and timeliness are all critical.
- Conscientious, customer focused and able to prioritise workloads.
- Show initiative & flexibility, and be able to work with minimum supervision after suitable training.

You must be able to reliably commute to the office in Centennial Park, Elstree, Hertfordshire and live in one of the following areas: Elstree, Borehamwood, Stanmore, Edgeware, Stanmore, Bushey, Shenley. If not please do NOT apply'

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
