The main duties of this Project Administrator will include:

- Being the first port of contact for a main National client
- Dealing with all queries and issues in an efficient and professional manner
- Handling any complaints and providing satisfactory solutions
- Ordering parts and stock as required
- Liaising with field staff and providing updates to the client
- Providing Project Admin for other in-house clients
- Assisting the MD with administration duties
- Providing excellent customer service skills
- Negotiating timeframes
- All associated administration duties
- Previous administration experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good negotiation skills and the ability to diffuse difficult situations is essential
- A good working knowledge of MS Office products is required
- Be able to provide the highest levels of customer service even when dealing with difficult customers
- Be organised and methodical and able to deal with changing priorities
- Be a good team player with a positive approach

In return, this role is offered on a full time, permanent basis with a competitive salary of c£23,000 per annum
