My client, a social care organisation, are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to Join their team on a temporary basis for a minimum of three months.
**Your new role**
The purpose of the role will be to deliver a varied caseload of HR work and HR projects, providing advice, guidance and practical support across the full range of HR issues (Sickness, ET's, disputes, discipline, performance management, employee relations, diversityand change etc.) to regional line managers and staff and to members of the HR team, within AI HR guidelines/policies/procedures and relevant legislative requirements.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
HR Service & support
Operation performance
Case work
Trade union / support group main point of contact
Training - upskilling of managers in HR matters
Employment tribunals
Report writing
HR Policy
HR & operational meetings
Record and information management
**What you'll need to succeed**
A proven track record in providing HR generalist work
Experience in providing clear, balanced advice and guidance on a wide range of generalist HR issues to management
Experience in developing good working relationships
CIPD qualification desirable or at least studying towards completion
**What you'll get in return**
Flexible working
£15.5 hourly rate over 35 hours per week.
