**About the role**
You will be 1 of 2 Advisors, supporting specific business areas within Domino, acting as first point of contact for all HR related matters. You will be based out of our Liverpool Manufacturing site.
Your key objectives will include:

- Providing specialist employment law and employee relations advice to all levels of management
- Analyse and interpret ourpeople data (including engagement data)and support Business Partners to focus on areas of positive change
- Proactively support the attraction, recruitment and leaver elements of the employee lifecycle to provide a great employee experience
- Work closely and in alignment with group HR and the key deliverables and initiatives

**Aboutyou**
We are looking forsomeone who:

- Has excellent employment law knowledge
- Has proven experience of providing a range of generalist experience
- Has the ability to influence to deliver a positive outcome, escalating when required
- Is able to operate with discretion, reliability and model Domino's values and leadership behaviours
- Has experience of working within a similar manufacturing environment
- CIPD level 5 qualified, or working towards
