Circet UK are looking for a Training Coordinator to join our team in Inverness.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Book training to maximize each class size.
- Check for no shows daily - escalate to managers.
- Check trainers weekly trackers via calendar.
- Correctly badge back charges to contract codes
- Booking of External Training (Sibbald, Albacare etc)
- Update reports / Spreadsheets Daily.
- Request dates, find out preferred availability, raise PO & confirm bookings
- Up load Certs to K drive, Skillko etc
- Cross reference certificates with training given against Tracker and Calendar

**Knowledge & Skills Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook.
- The ability to organise, multitask, prioritise and work under pressure.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Exhibit analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Establish good working relationships with colleagues.
- Have integrity and humility in all aspects of work.
- Possess time management skills and be friendly and upbeat attitude.
