Role Overview: We are seeking an IMS Coordinator to oversee the Integrated Management System, Training, and Onboarding processes, playing a key role in shaping operational functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize resources for the GCU Audit Schedule.
- Manage the GCU Action Management Process.
- Engage with Operations and Project Teams effectively.
- Gather and analyze environmental performance metrics.
- Compile Weekly HSEQ Client Reports and Monthly Board Data.
- Administer external HSEQ System software.
- Contribute to GCU Internal Audits and Emergency Response initiatives.
- Oversee training and onboarding systems.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a comparable position.
- Familiarity with ISO standards.
- NEBOSH Certificate and Internal Auditor Qualification are advantageous.
- Strong skills in data management, communication, and report preparation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
