**About the role**:
The role of a **Team Coordinator** has two elements:

- Providing personalised direct support to adults with a learning disability. Creating opportunities for people to meet their needs and goals in life. Being a positive role model for their team. Direct line management of a designated team - managing tasks like rotas, support and supervision and person-centred support planning.
As a **Team Coordinator** you will be part of a committed and dedicated, inclusive team empowered to create innovative ways to support individuals to achieve their own personal goals.

**What do you need to become our Team Coordinator?**
- Full UK driving licence is preferred
- Experience of leading and managing a team. A good level of English and Maths is required. Social care experience, supporting people with a learning disability, Autism, mental health and complex behaviours would be beneficial. Have great communication skills and be highly organised. Relationship building. Rota management. Supervisory experience. A good level of IT skills. Organisation skills
