We are looking for a motivated PPC Account Manager who thrives in a fast paced environment, can work well as part of a team and adapt to a range of brands and industries. PPC plays an important part of our integrated offering and therefore we’re looking for someone with proven experience to join our expanding and exciting digital agency. You will be able to quickly interpret briefs, communicate well with clients and deliver the highest standards of work with a good level of autonomy.

Your role as a PPC Account Manager will be to provide an exceptional customer experience as well as developing and implementing effective PPC campaigns. You will need great communication skills, on-point organisational skills with an ability to meet deadlines and manage their time effectively.

Hybrid working is expected as part of the ‘PPC Account Manager’ role with two days minimum required in our Lutterworth head office.

**Key responsibilities.**
- Proactive account management, reviewing client accounts and seeking new opportunities and creating search strategies through to enhance brand exposure as well as improve performance and ROI
- Manage client expectations with regular updates on the progress of live projects and campaigns, being their first line of contact, and providing them with excellent customer service.
- Being part of the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring we deliver value, meet client expectations and achieve campaign goals
- Account and campaign setup for PPC clients
- Ongoing day to day maintenance of PPC campaigns for a portfolio of clients
- Development of PPC campaigns for better performance
- Ensuring client accounts stay within set budgets and are always maximising opportunities
- Pulling together data and analysing performance for reporting
- Ability to manage both lead generation and e-commerce accounts.
- Demonstrable ability to set-up and manage campaigns across search, shopping, display, video and performance max.

**Required experience and qualifications.**
- Excellent client facing and relationship building skills
- Ability to seek new opportunities in accounts and discuss these confidently with clients
- Able to manage multiple client projects whilst maintaining customer satisfaction
- Ability to adapt and change to client needs in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- A strong understanding of Google Ads / Microsoft Ads
- Dynamic with the ability to move from task to task quickly
- A creative & commercial thought process
- The ability to interpret briefs quickly
- The ability to work as part of a team & be flexible when required
- Understanding of the commercial impact of PPC and other search strategies
- Proven experience of working on client accounts, from set up to ongoing management, with clear and ongoing performance improvements.

**Preferred experience.**
- Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in an agency environment
- Experience with paid social and organic search would be great, but not required
- Google Ads certifications would also be beneficial
