**Area Sales Manager**

**The Role**: As an Area Sales Manager you will be covering the Midlands area where you will target end user clients in an array of sectors including construction, education, and HoReCa. You will be working on specifications with clients fortheir modular accommodation requirements throughout the region. In addition to selling the permanent, project based, solutions you will also have the opportunity of hiring welfare units, temporary accommodation, and storage solutions across the area to theconstruction and end user sectors. This is a new business focused role in which you will have plenty of support from internal sales & marketing as well as generating leads from your own sources. This is a fast-paced field sales role and our client are lookingfor dynamic sales professionals to join the team who have an understanding of the hire industry and solution selling.

**The Company**: Our client is one of the UK's largest temporary accommodation and offsite modular building solutions businesses. They have recently restructured the business to put the customer first with strategically placed depots to tendto the needs of clients. They have also grown via acquisition which has given them unrivalled infrastructure in this sector. This role has come about due to internal promotion and as such they need someone with drive, tenacity, and a new business acumen totake the area forward from a very strong base.

**We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria**:

- Have field sales experience within the construction industry
- Construction sales backgrounds preferable
- An organised, structured, and new business focused person
- Understands consultative selling processes
- Superb communication skills
- Someone who is prepared to go the extra mile
- Clean driving licence

**Salary**: £40k-£42k DOE + 12-15k OTE + car or £450p/m allowance + pension + 25 days holiday
