We have a part-time
**Customer Service Advisor **position available for 12 months to join our homebased Out of Hours Customer Service Team.

Your shifts will be
**Fridays 4pm - midnight** and
**Saturdays 8am-4pm (14 hours)**. This position will suit someone looking for part-time hours, outside of standard working hours.

Our DenPlan customers receive an insurance benefit, covering them to receive emergency dental treatment whilst away from their registered dental practice. Your role is critical to the delivery of this essential service.

When you join, you’ll attend remote training for two to three weeks, Tuesday - Saturday 9am - 5pm (full-time hours). This induction training programme will get you up to speed, confident and equipped to handle the role independently, alongside the guidance you’ll receive from your manager and team.

Once you begin working your contracted shift pattern, overtime opportunities will become available to cover weekends, nights and bank holidays. Working on a rota means supporting each other whilst team members are on holiday or otherwise unable to work their shifts. This means we are looking for someone who’s flexible and willing to take on some overtime, during the unsociable hours that we work as a team.

To succeed in the role, you’ll be someone who:

- Communicates effectively and works well under pressure. Customers calling the Helpline will often be in a stressful situation, so you’ll help them to remain calm
- Demonstrates customer service excellence. You’ll have a desire to help each caller. You will use your initiative to source appointments for them, keeping them updated with your progress regularly.
- Comfortably works on their own, self-motivated and uses own initiative
- Has IT skills, able to quick pick up our customer and appointment systems

**Please note this role will be predominantly home based in line with our new ‘smart working’ approach; there may be a requirement to attend regular meetings at our Hampshire head office in line with government guidelines and undertake travel related to the role.**

In Return

As well as a salary of £20,500 (full-time equivalent), you’ll receive:

- 36 days holiday (including 8 bank holidays) with an option to buy or sell a further 5 days (pro rata for the hours worked)
- Group annual bonus (discretionary) up to 5% of annual salary
- A pension scheme with 6% from us, a minimum 3% from you with the option to increase or decrease when you join. If you decide to contribute 4% or above we will add a further 4% which can be allocated in different ways
