**Administrator/Traffic Planner - Northallerton**

Connect Appointments have an exciting opportunity for aTrainee Administrator/Traffic Planner strengthen our clients existing administration team in Gatenby, North Yorkshire.

Initial duties for the role will include:

- Providing administrative and traffic support for the safe, legal and effective planning and running of a fleet of vehicles and drivers.
- Issuing appropriate paperwork to drivers at the beginning of shift. Ensuring that completed paperwork is collected from drivers upon completion of each shift (brief/debrief).
- Maintain regular communications with drivers to ensure relevant Transport systems are updated accurately and in real time as and when changes occur throughout the shift.
- Entering accurate real time delivery updates onto customers own internal systems e.g., Late arrivals, delivery time changes etc.
- Competent and knowledgeable use of WH Malcolm internal traffic systems (Roadrunner).
- Accurately input manual customer orders into the system.
- Maintaining excellent levels of communication with internal WH Malcolm Traffic Offices throughout the UK.
- General ad-hoc duties to support the smooth running of the operation.

This is a full time role, working Monday to Friday, with a salary of £14,000 to £20,000 (age dependent)
