We have a great opportunity here at Barking and Dagenham College for an **Administrator - English & Maths Attendance, Assessment and Achievement**, working with our English & Maths team.

This is a a permanent, full-time role, offering a salary of £30,573 - £32,229 per annum inclusive of London Weighting.

**The role**:
The purpose of this role** **is to provide a full range of administrative duties to support the 16 18 English & Maths areas.

**Key Responsibilities of this** **role**:

- You will work closely with other data and administrative colleagues to establish standardised administrative systems and processes
- Tasks will include managing databases and spreadsheets used to track the progress of students
- Liaising with students and parents/guardians in relation to student attendance
- Coordination of meetings and events
- General administration, as directed, to include including, processing letters, documents and reports, diary management, expenses claims, overtime, contract change forms, vacancy requisition forms

**Our ideal Administrator** **should have the following qualifications, skills and experience**:

- Educated to a good standard with excellent communication skills
- Demonstratable experience of general administrative duties
- Experience of producing reports, updating data bases and spread sheets
- Be able, to work outside the usual hours and at offsite locations as required within the terms of the contract of employment
