In a role of Technical Sales Coordinator you will be the customer's first point of contact in regards to technical enquiries regarding products and systems within the sound proofing / insulation industry. You will need to understand fully understand products (training will be provided) and services and keep up to date with new products released. You will keep up to date with competitors in the market place look to convert enquiries into sales.

**Responsibilities**
- Deal directly with clients to offer solutions
- Answer technical enquiries from existing and new clients
- Promote the companies brand and product range to new and existing contacts
- Deal with any installation issues if required
- Advise on installation of the product range
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to help follow up on any enquiry
- Work closely with all other team members to maximize order opportunities
- Respond to all technical enquiries efficiently and promptly
- Contact customers on a regular basis to maintain relationships and generate leads/sales
- Keep a record of customer interactions
- Record details of enquiries and action taken
- Record all technical enquiries on the companies operating system.
- Develop relationships with relevant suppliers
- Work with the management structure to develop new products and opportunities.
- Understand the operation systems / manufacturing processes
- Understand the manufacturing processes.
- Review sales analytics with the management team
- Attend occasional trade fayres to promotes the companies services

**Skills / experience**
- Experience in the building trade would be a distinct advantage
- The ability to understand technical data
- Sales experience / upselling of products

Fantastic working environment with 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Monday - Friday 08.30-17.00 / 1 hr lunch - No weekends

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
