Internal Sales Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Internal Sales Coordinator to join our CMC Division at Panel Systems, a leading UK manufacturer and distributor of bespoke panel & insulation products.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for producing estimates and quotations, processing customer sales orders, and providing technical assistance to help customers determine the correct product specification for their requirements and application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Producing estimates and quotations, which often involve customer drawings
  • Processing customer sales orders
  • Answering telephone enquiries from customers
  • Liaising with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and technical support
  • Managing existing customer relationships
  • Helping to develop new business with potential customers
  • Following up on the progress of key quotations
  • Following up on leads and opportunities generated by the company's website

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales experience
  • Previous experience working with dimensions – particularly with building materials would be incredibly beneficial, but not essential
  • Previous experience working with technical product information and drawings would be beneficial, but not essential

Benefits:

Candidates with previous experience or job titles, including; Sales Representative, Account Executive, Business Development Executive, Sales Consultant, Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Client Relationship Manager, Account Manager, and Inside Sales Executive, may also be considered.
