**Duties and responsibilities**:
- Updating the finance system with supplier information
- Coding invoices and credits to correct nominal accounts/ cost centres
- Ensuring the authorisation process is administered correctly
- Reconciling supplier statements and scheduling BACS payments
- Processing employee expenses and petty cash
- Processing business credit card statements
- Assisting with Month End processing
**Person/ Skills required**:
- Experience working in an Accounts/ Purchase Ledger role
- Experience with overseas invoices and foreign currencies (Desirable)
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Experience using Sage (Desirable)
- Strong MS Office skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
