Our healthcare client based in Swadlincote who deliver care to patients across the UK, covering a wide range of therapy and medicine areas. This role will assistant daily in the business's success through the training, coaching and development of its people.
Duties within the role:

- Design, create and implement a company clinical training platform
- Develop an Clinical Learning and Development strategy
- Develop a bespoke Induction programme
- Partner with key functional leads in the development of training materials and competency sessions
- Devise and implement a robust system for scheduling induction and refresher training
- Develop with the assistance effective probationary training documents and programmes
- Ensure the principles of the key business strategies and values are embedded into the planning and delivery of learning
- Deliver Internal training programmes
- Provide support and guidance for nurse's revalidation
- Support and assist on training and nurse competency matter's
- Contribute to researching, developing, nursing specific and healthcare related policies and procedures
- Attend external and internal train the trainer coursers and deliver the relevant training out to the teams
- Participating in setting and maintaining standards of professional competence and current nursing practices
- Promote and drive a culture of continuous professional development
- Create a coaching culture in the organisation
- Work closely with all levels of Clinical internal & external stakeholders
