We are seeking a motivated and skilled Clinical Healthcare Specialist to join our Integrated Community Team in the NHS, providing patient-centred care in community nursing settings.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver phlebotomy services and other healthcare procedures in patients' homes or community healthcare settings, adhering to the Phlebotomy competency framework.
  • Conduct patient assessments as required, including baseline observations, and escalate concerns to registered members of the team.
  • Record contemporaneous notes in patient information systems and use DCHS systems, including e-referrals.

The successful candidate will work between 8:30am and 4:30pm over 5 days, Monday-Friday. Full-time hours are preferred, but part-time options will be considered.

The salary for this position is approximately £27,000 per annum, depending on experience.
