Clinical Team Coordinator in Healthcare

Clinical Administration plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of Newhall Surgery's daily activities. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for managing referrals, processing clinical correspondence, and undertaking various administrative tasks related to patient record management.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in NHS or Primary Care General Practice settings would be highly beneficial.
A Disclosure and Barring Service check will be required for this position.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe post holder will be expected to perform a range of administrative duties, including but not limited to:
- Managing referrals and processing clinical correspondence
- Undertaking medical reports and requests
- Patient record management
- Notes digitalization
- Online services
- Pathology allocation
- QoF/IIF/Enhanced Services recall management
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual salary of £17,000 - £20,000, depending on experience.
